Dispute resolution
The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on July 20, 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). How disputes are handled is set out in the Terms of Service, section 15.
